Printer Driver: VersaLink C7120
To Scan Images:
- Power On/Wake Up Printer
- Select Email from Home Screen
- Select the Contacts Icon
- Select who the scan is going to
- Select the file type
- Typically select pdf
- Other Options
- Pdf(a)
- xps
- tif
- jpg
- Check Settings
- Output Color: Auto Detect
- 2-Sided Scanning: 1-Sided
- Original Type: Text & Photo
- Lighten/Darken: Normal
- Saturation: Vivid +2
- Original Orientation: Portrait
- Original Size: Auto Detect
- If scanning actual sized paper choose that
- Remove blank pages: Off
- Only need this for mutli-page scanning
- Note: Settings can change, edit based on how scan looks
- Place paper in the top left corner of the scanner
To Scan Multiple pages on the Flatbed:
- Power On/Wake Up Printer
- Select Email from home screen
- Select the Contacts Icon
- Select who the scan is going to
- Select the file type
- Typically select PDF
- Other Options
- PDF(A)
- XPS
- TIF
- JPG
- Check Settings
- Output Color: Auto Detect
- 2-Sided Scanning: 1-Sided
- Original Type: Text & Photo
- Lighten/Darken: Normal
- Saturation: Vivid +2
- Original Orientation: Portrait
- Original Size: Auto Detect
- If scanning actual sized paper choose that
- Remove blank pages: Off

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen
- Select “See Additional Features”
- Check “Build Job”
- Place pages into the top left corner of the scanner
