Photoshop Troubleshooting

  1. Error Saving Photoshop/ or exporting to the Shared Drive
    1. Open a finder window
    2. Locate the file you are trying to save
    3. Right click on the file and select “Show View Options”
    4. Within the fly-out menu uncheck “Show Preview Column”
    5. Re-try to save your file
      • If problem persist ensure no one else has the file open or have the file selected within our shared drive
      • Having the Preview open on the right of the Finder Window tricks Photoshop into thinking the file is actually open even though it is not.
