What is the intersect brand? #
approachable, design thinking / problem solving (ie: we’ll figure it out in a cool & practical way), explore/discover/push the edge of wow, communication/legible, process that allows for flexibility (break the rules (edgy) / beautiful constraints), empathetic, direct, human
How do we make people feel? #
Like they are part of something – a member of the tribe, a part of the creative design process, we listen, “we see you, we hear you”. Value/Valued, we’ll take care of you, Inspires people to want to contribute back.
“We’re different here: We focus on people. We listen. We inspire. We Propel.”
Happy #
Ability to focus: Variety of comfortable spaces that allow for both convergent & divergent thinking. Fun whimsical elements, things that make people smile & remind themselves that you don’t have to take life too seriously – enjoy the moment (ie: unicorn, goggly eyes, balloon dogs, games, holiday decor, etc)

Design Elements #
Contrast/Balance
- Refined to very textural
- Urban structure to human touch
- Rigid building structure to heavy/soft knit wool
- Wine to coffee/whiskey
Simple, Elegant Yet Slightly Edgy & Fun
- Elegant combination of practicality & sophistication clean lines —— mixed with fun overstated elements light & airy (draw the light in as much as possible)
- Contrast of neutrals must feel human – not perfect
- Use of wood: warm, not rustic
- Subtle Curves and feminine forms (there is a reason Intersect logo is all lower case & rounded font)
Timeless #
- Simple, beautiful, finely crafted, natural materials that appeal on a fundamentally human level
- Slightly eclectic: found, gathered pieces that all contribute to the whole.
- To feel like home: comfortable, relatable with a few overstated accents
