What’s Changing and What You Need to Know
We’re excited to share some important updates to Insite, our internal network. pw: Intersect!
Here’s what you can expect:
- A simplified homepage: Prioritized content and a condensed layout make it easier to find essential updates and resources.
- Studio Announcements: Standardized formats for announcements and updates ensure consistency and help you know what’s important at a glance. Important studio wide information will be communicated via our insite blog. These announcements are critical, relevant, and most importantly archived and searchable for reference. Formal announcements or studio wide updates need to be coordinated by Learning + Standard Action team.
- This eliminates important messages being lost in slack or email.
- Quick Links/Most Frequently Used
- Use key words to quickly find internal standards about Intersect procedures, technology, software, internal process and more in intersect’s knowledge base.
- Improved search functionality: Quickly locate documents, links, and internal posts with a more powerful and intuitive search tool.
- Key information at your fingertips: Look to Insite as the source of truth for deadlines, expectations, events, and program updates.
- Notifications and reminders: Built-in alerts help keep you on track and reduce the chance of missing time-sensitive info.
- Team info: Internal contact info.
We encourage everyone to explore the new layout and bookmark Insite as your go-to for all internal communication. This is a beta roll out, we expect to make adjustments as you use the site. Any feedback should be emailed to the learning and standards team lead.
