Located in the foothills of the Rockies, the design of Whispering Hills was inspired by a bright and modern take on a classic mountainside lodge.
Using warm, muted textures and a color palette inspired by nature, Intersect focused on accentuating the height of the club room and highlighting the fireplace as a key feature.
The club room needed to be flexible and focus on serving the needs of its residents for work, lounging, dining and play.
Intersect designed various cohesive zones so that residents could host small events, sit by the cozy fire to study or get things done in a co-working space.
The fitness center was also outfitted with new finishes, lighting and environmental graphics.
