When a small town has more empty buildings than occupied—a vacuum is created. Faced with a dwindling downtown businesses a local developer stepped in to bring life and activity to a failing Downtown.
Intersect has collaborated on a three phase elevated boardwalk overlooking the River as well as six new businesses to be developed along the boardwalk. Each of the six buildings would have a commercial function on the lower floor and residential units above.
