Establishing a Branch Brand with Culture

Honor Credit Union has successfully grown through acquisitions and new branch development.  Their 20+ branches range in design and styles lacking a cohesive Honor “Brand.”  Intersect engaged the Honor team to bring clarity to who they are as an organization and what message they wanted the world to hear.  Using Honor’s “fun and friendly” culture as a guide,  Intersect developed their first ever Branch Brand Standards to ensure a consistent member experience in each branch.
